The Grantsville Lions Club passed a resolution supporting the levy for the Calhoun County Library, and placing an ad in The Calhoun Chronicle. The club also voted to make a $100 donation to Relay for Life.

The program was presented by the Student Coalition Against Tobacco. Carlene Frederick and Kelly Badgett presented a plaque recognizing the Lions Club for their efforts.

Perry Amusements will provide the carnival for the 40th annual Calhoun County Wood Festival.
