BURNSVILLE LAKE CLOSED TWO WEEKS TO BOAT TRAFFIC

Burnsville Lake will be closed to boat traffic for two weeks while a damaged waterline is repaired, according to the Army Corps of Engineers. The lake will be closed starting December 6. The Army Corps says the Burnsville Public Utilities Board plans to repair damage resulting from failing anchors during the past year. The waterline provides service to residents in the Falls Mill area and to the Bulltown campground.
