CMS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL ENDS SEASON IN THIRD PLACE

Calhoun Middle School Volleyball girls entered the CWVAC tournament at Walton Saturday and came home in third place after downing Walton and getting an upset win over Spencer.

After the Saturday games awards were presented to two Lady Red Devils. All-Conference Players, Kenzie Hicks and Daerra Stull and All--Tournament Team, Daerra Stull.

Tournament Results: A team only

Game One--CMS Vs Spencer- 18-25, 25-18 and 13-25 Kenzie Hicks 15 points (2 aces), Makayla Smith 13 points(3 aces) Daerra Stull 9 points (2 aces), Autumn Cunningham 5 points, Miranda Patterson 6 points, Witney Boswell 1 point, Cassidy Nicholson 7 points.

Game Two   CMS Vs Walton   Won 25-5 and 25-12

Kenzie Hicks 10 points (1 ace), Makayla Smith 6 points, Daerra Stull 29 points (6 aces), Autumn Cunningham 1 point, Amanda Boothe 1 point, Miranda Patterson 2 points, Cassidy Nicholson 1 point.

Game Three   CMS Vs Spencer   Won 25-16 and 25-23

Kenzie Hicks 8 points (1 ace), Makayla Smith 7 points (1 ace), Daerra Stull 14 points (1 ace), Autumn Cunningham 7 points, Miranda Patterson 7 points, Cassidy Nicholson 6 points, Witney Boswell 1 point.

Game Four   CMS Vs Braxton  15-25 and 14-25

Kenzie Hicks 6 points (1 ace), Makayla Smith 5 points, Daerra Stull 10 points, Autumn Cunningham 3 points, Miranda Patterson 3 points, Cassidy Nicholson 2 points.
