A case against Golden Heart In-Home Care LLC of St. Albans, a company that operated in Clay County, has had a case against it put on hold until a related criminal investigation moves forward.

Federal agents have frozen the assets of the company and its owner, Shida S. Jamie.

Among the charges, widespread health-care fraud and the use of dangerous felons as in-home caregivers.
