(10/05/2010)
Dr. David Pickering, D.O. has joined the staff of Minnie Hamilton Health System. Dr. Pickering began his working life as an electrical engineer, graduating from Washington State Community College. After a few years working with his family's company and teaching at Washington State Community College, he decided to pursue his life-long passion with medicine and entered into medical school.

In 2009, Dr. Pickering earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree after completing the distinguished and intense problem based learning track curriculum at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Pickering serves as the Chief Resident at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. In 2010, Dr. Pickering was named the Washington State Community College 2010 Distinguished Alumnus for outstanding professional achievement.
