Orville Jennings DeWeese, 75 - Doylestown, Ohio

Orville Jennings DeWeese, 75, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010.

Born July 14, 1935 in Grantsville, W.Va., Orville was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired from Barberton Citizens Hospital. He was a member of Liberty Free Will Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Wilma Lee; parents, Herman and Nellie; brothers, Gilbert, Ralph and Billie; sisters, Garnet, Goldie and Geneva and brother-in-law, Bill Kelley.

Orville is survived by his daughters, Jenny Lee Evans of Doylestown, Janice Lynn Hill of Barberton; grandsons, CJ (Jessica) Evans of Simpsonville, S.C., Christopher (Ashley) Evans of Uniontown, Ohio; granddaughters, Kaila and Kelsey Hill of Barberton; great granddaughters, Emily and Adayson; great grandsons, Charlie, Aiden and Tony. Orville also leaves behind loving brothers-in-law, Gerald (Ann) Kelley of Beckley, W.Va., George (Donna) Kelley of Doylestown, Ohio, Guy (Kelly) Kelley and James (Phyllis) Kelley all of Mesa, Arizona; sister-in-law, Wanda Kelley of Dublin, Ohio; caring neighbors, Eldon and Jean Burnside, Henry and Earline Fleshman and Tim Fleshman all of Doylestown; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call Tuesday 5 to 8 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203. Funeral service will be held Wednesday 11 a.m. at Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, 3819 Johnson Road, Norton, Ohio 44203 with Rev. Gerald Kelley and Rev. Cecil Farmer officiating. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with military honors.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
