Grantsville VFW Post 5959 standard flag bearers for the parade Sharon Settles was OctoberFest Parade Marshal Parade winds up Route 16 to Upper West Fork Park The Upper West Fork Park held their annual OctoberFest celebration Saturday at the park in Chloe. OctoberFest is an old-world celebration of harvest time. The event included the making of apple butter over a wood fire, and music jams throughout the day. The OctoberFest parade was part of the celebration. The annual event is a fundraiser for the Upper West Fork Park.
