The Calhoun High School Varsity Volleyball team played a tri match at Parkersburg Catholic on Monday, September 27.
Calhoun defeated Parkersburg Catholic 25-12, 25-16 in the first match of the evening. Rochelle Gerwig led the team in service points with 14 points, 3 aces; followed by Ashley Houchin 10 points, 2 aces;
Amber Wilford 4 points, 1 ace; Jordan Mace 4 points and Karissa Reip 2 points. Setting:
Houchin 45/46, 14 assists. Hitting: Wilford 18/21, 8 kills; Reip 8/9, 4 killws; Gerwig 6/6, 1 kill;
Mace 6/6, Samantha Church 2/2, Kenzie Laughlin 1/4, 1 kill. Blocks: Wilford 3, Houchin 1.
