Calhoun Middle School Volleyball girls played Gilmer County last Thursday. The B team lost in two close games while the A team won the first and lost the last two to lose the match.

Calhoun B Team   Game One   23-25

Taylor Garrett 3 points (1 ace) Tori Allen 1 point, Monica Heiney 1 point, Amanda Boothe 4 points, Witney Boswell 8 points, Miranda Farmer 5 points, Diana Hall 1 points.

Calhoun B Team   Game Two   22-25

Taylor Garrett 3 points, Alisha Fulks 3 points, Tori Allen 1 point, Makayla Davis 4 points, Amanda Boothe 3 points, Witney Boswell 2 points, Miranda Farmer 3 points, Diana Hall 2 points, Ashley Hersman 1 point.

Calhoun A Team   Won   Game One   25-18

Kenzie Hicks 2 points, Makayla Smith 3 points, Daerra Stull 4 points, Haley Boswell 5 points (1 ace), Kensy Bailey 5 points, Cassidy Nicholson 6 points.

Game Two   Lost   25-27

Kenzie Hicks 3 points, Makayla Smith 4 points, Daerra Stull 10 points, Haley Boswell 2 points (1 ace), Autumn Cunningham 1 point, Kensy Bailey 2 points, Cassidy Nicholson 3 points.

Game Three  Lost   25-23

Kenzie Hicks 7 points, Makayla Smith 2 points, Daerra Stull 3 points (1 ace), Haley Boswell 1, Miranda Patterson 3 points, Kensy Bailey 4 points, Cassidy Nicholson 3 points.

Calhoun Middle Volleyball will travel to Ritchie on Monday evening, September 27.
