Emergency services responded to a four-wheeler accident on Mud Fork Road at 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, after the driver lost control on a bridge and plunged into a creek bed.

The victim was identified as Charles Deberry, about 45.

Charleston Area Medical Center said Wednesday night that Deberry is in "good condition," and ambulatory.

He was life-flighted to the hospital.

The accident happened a short distance from the Mud Fork Church, a few miles from State Route 16.
