| Marthela Sidwell, 72, of Glenville, West Virginia, passed away September 10, 2010 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born in Seville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Russell and Helen Hallowell Weaver.
Surviving are her children, Jay Lance (Marty) of Rittman Ohio, a special son, John Young of Parkersburg WV, Wilma Laughter of Glenville; brothers and sisters, Paul Weaver (Linda) of Medina Ohio, Linda Kerr (Ritchie) of North Ridgeville Ohio, Dianne Sustersic of Brunswick Ohio, Marie Harper of Lodi Ohio; grandchildren, Debbie Sidwell, Tiffany Rice, Heather McKown (Darrell), Joey and Jeff Lance; great grandchild, Hannah McKown.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cline Sidwell; a son, Glen Sidwell, and a special friend Russell Johnson.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 15 at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville. Interment will be in the Sidwell family Cemetery, Glenville.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
