HERALD'S PHONE SERVICE DOWN - Updates Could Be Affected

The Herald's Frontier landline is down, which could affect updates. Landline service frequently goes down when there is a brief disruption of electric service. Electric service has been slamming-off several times daily this summer. The phone service has been down most of today (Monday). However, at times, Internet service is working and the Herald can be reached by e-mail at bob@hurherald.com, maybe. Cell phone # 304-377-4981, available at certain spots.
