REGIONAL VETS ATTEND VFW APPRECIATION DINNER

Eleventh annual event honoring vets draws regional crowd L to R: Well-known Roane Co. WWII veteran Denver Gandee, USAF Col. Sidney Jackson, MD, and Grantsville VFW Auxiliary member Frances Tanner Veterans from several regional counties attended the 11th annual Veterans Appreciation Dinner at Arnoldsburg Saturday, sponsored by Grantsville's VFW Post 5959 and the post's ladies auxiliary.
