AUTHORITIES ARREST THREE ON THEFT CHARGES

(Pictured L-R) Cunningham, Ackley, and Marks Mark Allen Cunningham, 36, a Calhoun man has been arrested by the State Police and charged with receiving and transferring stolen goods, a felony. Cunningham is in Central Regional Jail, with bond set at $3,500. The Glenville Police Department has arrested Gary Lee Ackley, 25, and charged him with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He is in Central Regional Jail, with bond set at $1,000. Glenville Police have also arrested Dexter Eugene Marks, 21, and charged him with petit larceny and obstructing an officer. He is in CRJ, with bond set at $2,000.
