Charlene A. Lundy, 83 - Grafton

Charlene A. Lundy, 83, of Grafton, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at Grafton City Hospital.

She was born in Grafton, July 9, 1927, a daughter of the late Brooke Carr and Mary Pauline Zinn Duskey.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Franklin Hoff in 1972 and John S. Lundy in 2003.

She was a member of the First Christian Church. Charlene worked at Hazel Atlas, and Crislip Motor Lodge. She enjoyed crocheting and flower gardening.

Surviving are three sons, John Paul Hoff and wife Rosemary, of San Antonio TX, Keith Hoff and wife Joyce of Grafton, and Gary Hoff and wife Rue, of West Chester OH; nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; one sister Ruby Parrish of Follansbee WV; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry Lyle Duskey, and James Duskey; two sisters, Helen Ball Young, and Jo Ann Duskey.

Friends may call at the Bartlett Funeral Home 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Monday, August 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday August 23 at the funeral home with Rev. Billy Crane officiating. Interment will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery.
