"BUCKY" MILLER MURDER TRIAL RE-SCHEDULED TO NOVEMBER - Charged With Flanagan Shootings

(07/28/2010)
A Calhoun trial for the brutal murders of Mike and Julie Flanagan, set for Calhoun Circuit Court for August 23, has been re-scheduled.

Salem resident Kirk Allen "Bucky" Miller, 33, is now scheduled to go on trial on November 15.

The reason for the re-scheduling was not learned.

Miller, according to the WV State Police, has plead guilty to the up-close gun slaying of the Sycamore Creek residents on Easter weekend, 2009. Miller was a well tender in the area.

Special prosecutors Jerry Hough and Phillip W. Morrison II have been appointed to the case, with Miller's defense attorney listed as Teresa Monk.
