BARN BURNS AT BIG BEND - UWFVD Respond To Gas Line Rupture

A barn belonging to Joe Cain at Big Bend burned to the ground Tuesday morning. The Grantsville VFD responded at 9 a.m. The barn was located across the Little Kanawha River, making access difficult. Upper West Fork firemen responded to a reported natural gas line rupture on Little White Oak. Firemen responded at 10 p.m. to the David Corson residence.
