LONG-TIME ELIZABETH MAYOR RE-ELECTED - Lewis Full Has Another Two-Year Term |

Elizabeth voters went to the polls yesterday and
re-elected long-time Mayor Lewis Full to another term.
Full defeated his challenger Herbert R. Toney. The vote
was 63-14. Members of the town council, Edith L. Cumberledge, Anna Haney and Michael Whited, were unopposed. Mayor Full has helped develop local water projects, and is a member of the L-K Parkway Authority and the Wirt County Development Authority, among other civic initiatives. |
