Truck rolls three or four times in Hog Knob crash

A driver lost control of his truck on rain-slick Hog Knob Hill Friday afternoon, rolling the vehicle three or four times before it came to a halt against the hillside.

The man declined medical treatment, uninjured.

The Hog Knob Hill has been a frequent area for accidents in recent years, located about two miles east of Grantsville on State Rt. 5.

The hill becomes very slick on the surface, after a hot day and a small amount of rainfall.

Calhoun EMS and the Grantsville VFD responded.
