| Wirt Co. WV - West Virginia Division of Highways District Three has scheduled a routine inspection of the Greencastle Bridge on Wirt County Route 6, Newark Road, on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 according to Cliff Essig, District Three Bridge Engineer.
The inspection will take place between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. During this time, the bridge will be closed for 30 minute intervals to accommodate periods of inspection and
then opened to allow for the passage of traffic.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to plan accordingly or seek an alternative route. The Division of Highways acknowledges the inconvenience, and appreciates the patience
of the traveling public while the inspection is being performed.
Motorists are asked to use caution in the work zone and observe all traffic control
devices.
If inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, the inspection schedule may
change.
