FLANAGAN DOUBLE MURDER TRIAL SET FOR AUGUST 23RD

A trial for the brutal murders of Mike and Julie Flanagan is set for Calhoun Circuit Court for August 23. Salem resident Kirk Allen "Bucky" Miller, 33, has been charged with the murders. Miller, according to the WV State Police, has plead guilty to the up-close slayings of the Sycamore Creek residents on Easter weekend, 2009. Miller was a well tender in the area. Special prosecutors Jerry Hough and Phillip W. Morrison II have been appointed to the case, with Miller's defense attorney listed as Teresa Monk.
