ROANE HAS MULTIPLE DUI ARRESTS - Steele Sent To Prision After Fifth Offense

A 19-year-old Lancaster, Ohio resident, Joseph Foraker, is being charged for the third time with DUI, this time in Roane County.

Mona Walker, 40, of Newton was killed in an accident south of Spencer last Saturday, related to Foraker's drunken driving, according to the West Virginia State Police.

Among other charges, he is being cited for DUI causing death.

Judge David Nibert is sending another man, 54-year-old David Steele to 1-3 years in the West Virginia Pen after being charged with his fifth DUI.

Steele led the Roane County Sheriff's Department on a lengthy chase in January while intoxicated.
