State Police say around 4:15 a.m. Saturday morning, Gary Maguire was trying to turn his ATV around when he backed over a steep embankment.

Police say Maguire fell 100 feet into a creek off Prunty Road.

Maguire was pronounced dead at the scene.

They said he was not wearing a helmet.
