Queen Flora XLVIII will be chosen from seven contestants vying for the crown today at Calhoun Middle-High School.

All pageant events are sponsored by the 48th Annual Calhoun County Wood Festival.

The Baby Pageant will be held Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. and the Queen Flora pageant will follow at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Pageants will begin at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday for girls ages 5-18 and the Miss Wood Festival title. Printable pageant entry forms are available below.

Queen Flora contestants are chosen from Junior class members at Calhoun High School.

Heaven Cain is the 17 year old daughter of Mark and Vickie Cain of Mt. Zion. Her sponsors are Roxy's Sugar Shack; Amber Dawn; Makenzie Investments; Heiney and Son Inc.; R & J Roofing and Repair; and Little Kanawha Excavating.

Katlin Collins is the 17 year old daughter of Carl and Marisha Collins of Big Springs. Her sponsors are Calhoun Banks; Tony Morgan; John and Sue Oshoway; Holbert's Store; Mike Ritchie; and Ralph Cunningham.

Michelle Hall is the 17 year old daughter of Rick and Patricia Hall. Her sponsors are Houchin's Fabric and Rental; M & A Well Service; and Crystal Lynn's Hair Trendz.

Ashley Elizabeth Houchin is the 17 year old daughter of Jeff and Kelley Houchin of Arnoldsburg. Her sponsors are Houchin Construction and Billie and Wanda Houchin.

Karissa Reip is the 17 year old daughter of Lee and Lisa Reip of Orma.
