WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Man Dies After Being Shot On ATV

MEN SHOT IN RALEIGH - Raleigh County Sheriff's Deputies say two adult males were shot near the Greater Beckley Christian School gymnasium in Prosperity, with several shots being fired.

Police say the victims and suspect or suspects were all using the school gym after hours when an argument started.

None of the individuals were connected with the school.

The victims were taken to Raleigh General Hospital.

KANAWHA MURDER-SUICIDE? - The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department says two people found dead inside a home in St. Albans have been identified as a mother and a son.

56-year-old Vicki Tuitt and 26-year-old Martin Adams were found shot to death in their home, both from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Police say the case is being treated as a homicide, but deputies say there is information that leads them to believe it is a murder-suicide.

Tuitt and Martin's bodies have been sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

MAN KILLED BY GUNSHOT ON ATV - A Wyoming County man is charged with murder after he allegedly shot a man riding on an ATV near his residence.

66-year-old Harold Daugherty of North Springs was arrested following a brief standoff with police.

The Wyoming County Sheriff alleges Daugherty shot 50-year-old Timothy Huff again after he fell wounded off his 4-wheeler.

Police say Daugherty suspected Huff had been stealing items from his property.

CHINESE RESTAURANT ROBBED - A Charleston man was arrested Monday evening after he allegedly robbed a Kanawha City restaurant.

Dominic Lamont Cesar, 22, reportedly placed a to-go order at the restaurant.

When owner, Andrew Chin, asked for payment, Cesar began digging in his pockets, then pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun, pointed it at Chin and demanded that he open the cash register and hand over money.

Cesar was charged with first-degree robbery and was taken to South Central Regional Jail. Bond was set at $100,000 cash only.
