KANAWHA CITY BANK ROBBED - Police are looking for a man who robbed the Chase Bank in Kanawha City yesterday.

The suspect, who was caught plain-view on TV cameras, was described as a white man in his early 50s.

The man gave a note to a bank teller that said he had a gun.

He fled in a large dark blue or black, older model vehicle that might have been a Chevy Impala. It was unknown if the man got away with any money.

HOME INVASION SHOOTING - A man shot another man at a Lincoln County residence, as he tried to break into his home, police said.

Thomas Perry, 44, tried to break into several homes along West Virginia 10 Tuesday afternoon. according to police.

He approached the residence of Jeffrey Lambert, who was home with four children.

Lambert warned Perry to leave the property, but he refused to do so.

Lambert fired one shot, and Perry was then flown by helicopter to Cabell-Huntington Hospital.

Lambert is not facing charges.
