FROST ADVISORY FOR REGION

(04/19/2010)
A frost advisory remains in effect from 3 to 9 a.m. EDT Monday.

High pressure will establish itself across the Ohio Valley tonight with cloud cover expected to mostly clear by midnight.

The combination of clear skies, a dry atmosphere and light winds will allow temperatures to drop into the low to mid 30s.

Areas of frost are expected to form during the predawn hours and last for an hour or two after sunrise on Monday.

A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
