CHRISTOPHER TODD SMITH SUES CAMDEN-CLARK HOSPITAL - Wrongful Death Suit

A former Grantsville resident Christopher Todd Smith has filed a civil suit in Wood County related to the death of his grandmother. The suit is by Smith, who is administrator of the estate of Cozetta Mae Smith, deceased, vs. Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Corporation. Smith is suing for the wrongful death of his grandmother following her treatment at Camden-Clark in March 2008. Mrs. Smith died September 2009. He seeks unspecified damages, attorney fees and interest.
