EULA SINNETT HAS DIED AT 90 - Well Known Grantsville Resident

Funeral services will be held Tuesday (February 6) at 2 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville for well known resident Eula M. Sinnett, 90. She died in St. Joseph Hospital on February 3 after a long illness. A retired employee of the Calhoun school system with 27 years service, she served as secretary in the local board office.

Mrs. Sinnett had been on the Board of Directors of the Calhoun County Committee on Aging and was a former Recorder for the Town of Grantsville. A member of the Calhoun County Retired Teachers Association, she was also a member of the First Baptist Church, Fell Kennedy Sunday School Class.

Surviving are two sisters, Beulah Mace Kerby of Mt. Zion and Jenene Arthur of Grantsville.

Also surviving are five nieces, Robin Wayne and Stephanie Wayne of Mt. Zion; Cynthia Shaffer and Sara Shaffer of Hartville, Ohio and Elizabeth McKinley of Cuyhoga Falls, Ohio. Three nephews, Jackie R. Arthur of North Carolina; Mike Arthur of Charleston and Lindell Arthur of Elyria, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan and two brothers, Ralph and Ted Arthur.

Rev. Robert Nicholas will officiate at the service with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Monday.
