MAN MURDERS BROTHER - A 60-year-old Pocahontas County man is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail facing murder charges following the shooting death of his brother. The two men shared a home in the Marlinton area. John B. Boggs is facing a charge of first-degree murder in the shotgun slaying of Danny L. Boggs, 51. John Boggs was arrested last week without incident after State Police and sheriff's deputies found Danny Boggs dead in a cabin they shared. STABBING DEATH - Police in Morgantown have charged 22-year-old Joshua Hausrath of Morgantown with murder in connection with a stabbing death from last weekend. Hausrath was taken into custody Friday in Cumberland, Maryland. He is accused of killing 25-year-old Domenic Wolfe near downtown Morgantown. Investigators say Hausrath wanted to rob Wolfe, but the victim resisted and Hausrath allegedly stabbed him.
