He was a son of Floyd Parsons and Rudell Collins Howell

In addition to his parents he is survived by three daughters, Stevi Easley of Casa Grande, Arizona; Linsey and Jessie Parsons both of Fort Myers, Florida; one brother, Harold Parsons of Pleasant City, Ohio and one sister, Pat Gardner of Urichville, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 22, 2002 at 2 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV. Interment will be in the Goodnight Cemetery, Big Bend, WV. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral service.
