HERE WE GO AGAIN - Another Winter Blast

(02/09/2010)
There are several conflicting forecasts for this region, likely because of being on the edge of the storm.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 5 a.m. Tuesday to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday there is a 100% chance of precipitation, including ice pellets.

A low pressure system will move northeast on Tuesday.

Snow associated with this system should overspread the region early Tuesday morning and then continue into Wednesday afternoon.

Some of the snow may mix with rain or freezing rain on Tuesday and then there will be long breaks in the precipitation across portions of West Virginia.

The snow should then taper off to snow showers Wednesday evening.
