Pleasant Hill students, with the help of their parents raised money for the victims in Haiti. "Coins for Haiti" were collected in each classroom. The total raised was $461.19. The funds were given to The Red Cross. The staff at PHE would like to thank the students and parents for their fantastic efforts to help and contribute during this time of need.

Pleasant Hill School received a mobile laptop computer lab. It was purchased with ARRA funds and includes 25 laptop computers and a wireless printer.

There were 90 students recognized for receiving the Good Citizen award for the entire Fall Semester. They received special recognition by sitting at a decorated table at lunch time. They were also given their choice of fun-sized candy bars after lunch. The Good Citizens of PHE were thrilled with their reward.
