AUTOPSY RESULTS PENDING ON FORMER GRANTSVILLE WOMAN

Autopsy results are yet to be learned regarding the cause of death of Kelli Nicole-Stamper Lawson, 28, who died suddenly in Weston just after Christmas, according to the Weston Police Department. Sgt. R. Z. Posey said "The autopsy results are not back yet." Lawson's body was sent to the WV Medical Examiner's office in Charleston for an autopsy. Weston police received a call at 5:18 a.m. reporting that Lawson was not breathing. She was taken to Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Lawson, a former resident of Grantsville, is the daughter of Vicki Butcher Shaver, an employee of the WV Department of Health and Human Resources in Grantsville.
