Firemen put out Grantsville fire in 10 degree weather

Grantsville firemen responded to a house fire on River Street, Grantsville at 5:22 a.m., with temperatures hovering near 10 degrees.

The fire reportedly started from an electric heater, a next door neighbor reported smoke coming from the structure.

The house was occupied by Kelley Metz.

Firemen brought the fire under control, although there was some damage.

Reports indicated no one was in the house at the time.
