JARVIS HOUSE DAMAGE BY FIRE AT CHLOE - Garage Total Loss Near Mud Fork Rd.

Firemen save Jarvis house after fire of unknown origin Smoke and some sparks coming from the eaves of a house along Rt. 16 near the Stinson Grocery caused the Upper West Fork and Arnoldsburg VFDs to respond to the scene at 7:07 p.m. Sunday. Firemen made an entry into the dwelling, extinguishing the blaze, although smoke continued to come from the structure. The house belonged to Rocky Jarvis of Chloe, who was visiting his son nearby when the fire started. The Upper West Fork and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a garage fire off the main Mud Fork Road Saturday at 2:13 p.m. The structure was completely destroyed.
