WINTER STORM OUTAGES ABOUT WHIPPED

7:30 PM - Crews working throughout Chritsmas Day appear to have the winter storm outages about whipped. Allegheny Power is reporting only 12 customers without electric at the end of Christmas Day in Calhoun County. Roane has 33.
