Audrey "Dale" Leeson, 76 - Elizabeth

Audrey "Dale" Leeson, 76, of Elizabeth, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. Dale was born September 3, 1933 the son of the late Clee and Tessie (Batson) Leeson. He was a graduate of Pennsboro High School, and worked for several years at The Garment-Sewing Factory in Cairo and later in life the Garment-Sewing Factory in Harrisville WV. He was a member of the Big Island Run Church, Rt 53. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Alma (Jenkins) Leeson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Eugene and Clinton Leeson. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, December 19 at Big Island Run Church, with Pastors Tim Bell and Delmas Stutler officiating. Interment will be at the Lewis/Roberts Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday December 18, from 2-4 and 6-8 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, WV and from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Saturday at the church.
