The body of an Orville, Ohio man was discovered Sunday morning under a
4-wheeler he had been riding. Monroe Miller, 47, formerly of Egypt Ridge,
Roane County, had apparently been riding the ATV Saturday night in the
Henry's Fork section between the West Fork and U. S. 33-119.
The Roane County Sheriff's Department and Roane EMS responded to a call
on the Roane side of Henry's Fork, near the residence of Dickie Conley, a
relative of Miller. Officials said it appeared the ATV had turned over on top of
Miller, trapping him.
Roane County Coroner John Ford is investigating the incident.
Funeral arrangements will be completed at the John H. Taylor
Funeral Home in Spencer.
