| Pine Creek resident Jack Clark, who was injured in an ATV accident near Hur this weekend, is in Charleston General Hospital's ICU.
Clark's ATV rolled-over on a remote ridge road, causing a fractured vertebrae, bruised lungs and a broken rib.
While his condition is described as serious, it is not life threatening, said family members.
Clark, a retired building contractor, is married to the former Lola Marks.
