Ms. Dotti Nemitz welcomed AES staff and
students to the Veteran's Day celebration

On Tuesday, October 10th, Arnoldsburg Elementary students celebrated Veteran's Day. A school-wide assembly was held in the multi-purpose room, and students showed their appreciation to veterans through skits and music. Second graders shared their research on American symbols, and fourth grade students answered the question, "What is a veteran?" AES would like to thank all veterans for their dedication to our country.

On Friday, November 13th, the Parent-Educator Resource Center and Title 1 held a parent workshop. Seven parents attended and learned strategies on how to better connect emotionally with their children. Thank you to Lisa Groves and Patsy Kisner for sharing this information.
