Grace E. Roberts, 78 - Elizabeth

Grace E. Roberts, 78, of Elizabeth West Virginia, passed away at Camden Clark Memorial November 5, 2009. She was born February 18, 1931 the daughter of the late Clyde and Lydia Butcher. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attended the McFarlan Church. She is survived by her children, Dolores Malson and Sandra Nelson both of Elizabeth, Jennings Roberts, Jr. and his wife Karen of Washington WV; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ellen Delaney of Mansfield OH, and Carolyn Crowder of TX; one brother, Daniel Butcher of Chapmanville WV. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings Roberts; 6 siblings, Betty, Minter, Eugene, Marie, David and Gray. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, November 8 at Matheny-Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth with the Rev. Charlene Spaur officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, November 7 from 6- 8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Sunday. Interment will be at Gribble Cemetery.
