She was born in Calhoun County August 17, 1934, a daughter of the late Fred and Ethel Snider Ball. She was a homemaker and member of the VFW Post 5959 Ladies Auxiliary.

Surviving are a son, Phillip Ball; three sisters, Freda Whytsell, Delores Byrd and Emma Lee Moss; two brothers, Adrian and Ernest Ball; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred Ball, Jr. and Wilford Ball.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, October 25 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Alfred Hickman will officiate. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-noon until time of services Sunday.
