FOUR-YEAR-OLD CRITICAL - State Police are investigating the Wednesday shooting in Mason County that left a four year-old-boy in critical condition.

Police say the boy's 14-year old brother went to get a .25 caliber handgun out of his mother's closet, after the mother left her residence in Leon.

The report says the youth took the gun into his room and it accidentally went off.

The bullet went through a wall and an entertainment center before hitting the boy's four year old brother in the chest.

Police said the young boy was playing a video game.
