From Court Records Two misdemeanors have been processed in Calhoun Magistrate Court, according to court records. Howard Long was charged with battery by the State Police from an incident on January 26. He was assessed fine and cost, paid in full. Lafawn Laughlin was charged with obstructing by Deputy Sheriff Ron Bandy on February 8. He was arrested and released on a $500 PR bond, with the case pending. A citation was issued to Adam Brock Roberts by the Calhoun Sheriff's Department for trespassing on February 11. He was assessed fines and cost and was sentenced to 24 hours in jail.
