BRIDGE DAY EXCITEMENT BUILDING - 200,000 Expected To Attend Saturday Event

Bridge Day is Saturday at Fayetteville, where more than 200,000 people will converge over the course of the day to take part in the day-long festival on the New River Gorge Bridge. BASE jumpers parachute off the bridge diving 876-feet into the New River Gorge below and rappellers descend on ropes like caterpillars beneath the mighty structure. More than 200 vendors will provide delicious foods and lots of fantastic entertainment.
