During this flu season you are hearing a lot about ways you can help prevent contacting the flu using the easy guidelines provided by the CDC. Covering your mouth when you cough, washing your hands after you cough or sneeze, staying home when sick, limited contact with others and if you must go to a medical facility wear a blue mask. Whether protecting themselves or others, people who wear blue masks are showing they care for everyone's health. The Blue Mask is you friend!
