* Students at AES have selected their candidates for the King and Queen of the Molasses Festival.
Twenty-one students in all will be competing for the crowns. Any support that can be given will be greatly appreciated.
The coronation will be Thursday, September 24th at 6 p.m. at the Arnoldsburg Community Building.
The King and Queen and their court will also participate in the parade on Saturday, September 26th.
*Student picture day is Thursday, September 24th.
* Progress Reports are scheduled to go home Wednesday, September 30th.
* Arnoldsburg School Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th at 6 p.m., The purpose of this time is to give important information to parents.
Topics will include school safety policies, medication policies, Title 1, the Parent-Educator Resource Center, and the PTO.
Parents will then have the opportunity to tour the building and see what students have been doing as well as get acquainted with new staff members.
