MAN DISCOVERED DEAD ON MUD FORK - Girl Thrown From Horse, Life-Threatening Call Was Dispute, Girl Reportedly Overdoses OxyContin

12:06 PM - Emergency services responded to what was reported to be a camper on Mud Fork Road, a short distance from the Mud Fork Church, a man discovered deceased in camper, Medical Examiner Stacy Harlow, and Calhoun EMS responded. Body taken to Stump Funeral Home.

7:02 - 911 received calls for help, saying a woman was not breathing in a front yard on Country Lanes, Rt. 16, Mt. Zion. Calhoun EMS and Deputy Jeff Starcher responded, what turned out to be an apparent dispute or fight. No transport required.

8:20 p.m. - 10-year-old girl, fell from horse at Chloe, Upper West Fork horse show, Calhoun EMS and Upper West Fork VFD responded. Patient taken to Charleston General Hospital.

11:30 p.m. - Calhoun EMS, the UWFVFD and Deputy Sheriff Jeff Starcher responded to a 911 call just off the Euclid-Nicut Rd. where a 19-year-old girl was reportedly overdosed on OxyContin according to the caller. It was later reported that the patient was intoxicated and passed out.
