The Calhoun County Park received two grants totaling $11,000 to assist with road and campsite construction.

The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation awarded two grants totaling $10,000, and the Little Kanawha Area Community Foundation awarded one grant for $1,000.

Roger Jarvis, Park Board Treasurer, said "We are pleased to be able to use the funds for the improvement of the park."
